Day Walks
Day walks are the groups regular activities, these will be arranged each weekend and we'll hop on the train to a local countryside beauty spot. Regular destinations include the Malvern Hills, Cannock Chase and the Warwickshire countryside. We aim to make these as affordable and accessible as possible so will just cost a return train ticket, which we try to keep under £10.
Sign up for these trips on the Guild Website and all details will be emailed out to you.

Weekend Trips
Weekend trips are the highlights of the Wayfarers calendar, where we travel further afield to national parks such as the Peak District, the Lake District or Snowdonia. We're away from Friday to Sunday and stay in barns or bunkhouses, and tackle some of the most iconic hills and mountains in the UK. Saturdays are usually spent hiking followed by a meal and whatever entertainment was cobbled together on that days walk - with the late evening entertainment often resulting in a tour of the local pub.
Sign up for these trips will be in person, and details of these sessions will be communicated on our socials and in the weekly. These are often priced around £40-£50 which includes travel, accommodation and a hot meal on Saturday. We ask that you provide your own lunch for Saturday and Sunday as well as drinks and snacks for the weekend.
